Yeah. Working on something like that for six hours straight, no breaks, does that to you. I probably should have paced myself but I was on a roll.
The way I got the textures to work is kinda unique, but simple. I bought a bunch of fabric samples from my local fabric store and scanned them in. And through the magic of the computer, VIOLA!!

I scan fabric for textures, too! I did that on Rosuu and Miao Yin, and a little bit on Iris. My living room curtains used to be the best for that, since they were Chinese brocade patchwork--lots of designs to work with.
I meant to also mention that I love her hair ornament. It looks like it sparkles.

I got the color to fade by selecting the area I wanted effected with the lasso tool and then I used the gradient tool to fill the area in and erased what was unneccessary. It turned out really well, all things considered.
